What is a Business Round, for whom is it directed and when to participate
The Business Rounds are pre-scheduled meetings between local providers (travel incoming agents and lodging facilities) and the operators. The meetings usually last about 20 minutes time during which entrepreneurs have the opportunity to promote new touristic products.
During the Business Round, the Tour Operators will act as buyers and the Income Travel Agents along with the Lodgers will be vendors, representing the destinations and touristic routes countrywide.
The Business Round is for all members of the tourist trade that are participating in the event and have signed up previously. It is at these meetings that a Fair can prove to be very profitable since it gives everyone involved a chance of doing business at once, which usually does not occur at the fair, as most of rounds take place after the fair.
We will be checking during this quarter where there are really good rounds and good business. Wait for the next issue!
